Our suite of free health calculators is designed to help you analyze your physical condition and estimate your nutritional requirements. We offer two key tools: the BMI Calculator (which estimates weight relative to height) and the Calorie & Macro Calculator (which estimates daily calorie targets and macronutrient distributions for weight loss, maintenance, or muscle gain).

These calculators utilize standard clinical and scientific formulas. The BMI tool classifies results according to the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC categories: Underweight (BMI < 18.5), Normal Weight (18.5–24.9), Overweight (25–29.9), and Obese (≥ 30). For dietary planning, our metabolic calculator uses the Mifflin–St Jeor equation to estimate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) based on your activity level.
